We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada.* No minimum necessary.
*At this time, we are not able to ship items to the Province of Quebec.
We do our best to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that long weekends and holidays may affect shipping and delivery dates.
Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but packages are generally delivered within 3-10 business days once they are shipped out. Deliveries within the Vancouver Metropolitan Area generally take 1-3 business days (once they are shipped out).
*NOTE: In the rare occasion that your package is deemed undeliverable by the shipper, it will be returned to sender. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to have it re-sent.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. Any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and has been purchased within the last 14 days is eligible for return. Items purchased on sale or clearance will be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return.
Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
Return Criteria
- In original condition (unwashed/unworn);
- With original packaging and tags attached;
- Purchased within last 14 days; and
- Include receipt or proof of purchase with return package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are two options for returning an item:
- Shipping the return; or
- In-person return
Return Shipping is the Responsibility of the Customer
If you choose to ship your return back to us, please note that return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return. Items must be returned within 14 days from you receiving the item. If the item does not meet the requirements set forth above, no refund will be issued.

Please write your order number on the return package.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. We recommend that you send the item back with a tracking number and email us the tracking number so that we can track the item.
In-person Returns
Please note that we are an online boutique and do not have a brick and mortar store. However, if you are local to the Vancouver Metropolitan Area and would like to return the item in person, you can drop off the item at front desk at the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
